John and Lauren contacted me a while back, and I instantly knew I’d love them. They’re all about photojournalism & are excited to have me document their baby’s first year of life in the most delicate of ways – unobtrusively, joyfully, honestly. Lifestyle photography allows for me to capture the everyday, in-between moments of parenthood + the milestones of your little human so that you remember things exactly how they were. What was interesting about this couple, is that they waited to find out the gender of their baby, so it made for a really unique nursery. I was in love with the mixture of neutral and primary colors, as well as pieces of local art this nursery had, which gave this nursery a vintage vibe. Enjoy these photos of baby LK.
